Workplace Mental Health in 2023
Our most valuable resources from the year
Throughout the year, our community emphasized the ongoing importance of investing in workplace mental health. To address this, we’ve worked with business and mental health leaders to create practical resources to guide your approach to workplace mental health in 2024 and beyond.
Here are the five workplace mental health resources our community found most valuable in 2023:
- Workplace Mental Health Playbook: Our comprehensive guide for taking action to support employee mental health.
- Tackling the Loneliness Epidemic: Foster connection in your workplace with tips from business leaders to address what the U.S. Surgeon General has called an “epidemic of loneliness” in the country.
- Cultivating Belonging in the Workplace: An Employer Guide: Developed jointly with the Civic Alliance, this guide will help you implement a strategy for improving belonging at work during a polarizing presidential election year.
- Layoffs and Mental Health: Layoffs are never easy for businesses, and it’s essential to consider the mental health impacts on employees who are let go and those who remain.
- Tips for Sharing Your Story: Guidance to help business leaders combat stigma by sharing their personal mental health stories with their colleagues at work.
