Highlights From the Walk To End HIV in Houston

The 36th Annual Walk to End HIV on March 9 raised awareness and funds for HIV prevention, testing, and support services

Allies in Hope hosted the 36th Annual Walk to End HIV on March 9, uniting individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to raise awareness and funds to combat the HIV epidemic in the Greater Houston area.

The chapter's managing partner, Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, organized a team of local employers, including chapter members Avita Care Solutions, Crofoot MD, KPMG, ViiV Healthcare, and Walgreens.

Highlights included proclamations from city and county officials as well as awards for the top fundraising teams and individuals, all in support of Allies in Hope’s mission to provide HIV prevention services, testing, housing support, and more.
