What began as a bold idea three years ago is now a national movement. U.S. Business Action to End HIV has united nearly 100 employers across the country to fight stigma, expand access to HIV prevention and treatment, and strengthen their workplaces and communities.

In 2025, Coalition members strengthened their leadership in a challenging, rapidly changing political and public health landscape.
